MARKETING MANAGER

We are on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to create content for some of Calgary’s most beloved hospitality & restaurant brands. In this role, developing unique copy and engaging content on an ongoing basis is your main goal. You will work with the accounts team to match strategy with design direction across multiple mediums — specifically Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & emerging social platforms. You are well organized and pay attention to detail.  You have an internal drive to deliver high-quality work and complete projects in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage account teams on a daily basis with confidence and efficacy.  

  • Main point of contact for client relationships, running meetings with client teams. 

  • Collaborate with clients to bring fresh ideas to the table that effectively drive business. 

  • Strategize original marketing initiatives and execute on projects that deliver results 

  • Write monthly content for multiple clients including content packages, blogs and e-newsletters, managing your timelines to meet internal deadlines. 

  • Daily publishing and community management of monthly content for multiple clients and assist with digital campaign optimization, tracking, and reporting. 

  • Monitor ongoing marketing tasks and identify when there’s a need to change course. 

  • Communicate ideas passionately and effectively internally amongst the account and design teams. 

  • Coordinate logistics for client events with media and influencers as required, at times attending large scale launch events which may take place on evenings or weekends. 

  • Assist team in staying on-top of emerging trends and innovative new media strategies. 

  • Bring fresh, new, marketing and PR campaign ideas to the table for team brainstorming. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

Some evening and weekend work may be required.
